Notification on the import of fertilizers (Import: 2019/16).

This Notification sets forth terms and conditions of compliance certificate for the import of fertilizers under the scope of this Notification and subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control, and temporary admission. Compliance certificates shall be issued by the Customs Administration upon approval of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. This Notification shall apply to the fertilizers that are listed in Articles 1 and 3 and identified by the customs tariff statistics position and definition. The importer is obliged to submit analysis report in accordance with the EU Fertilizer criteria to the Directorate General of Plant Production within 15 days. The substances under the scope of this Notification are not subject to compliance certificate for the import in case that they are not used as fertilizers.
