Notification on the import of fertilizers (Import: 2023/16).

This Notification lays down provisions on the import of fertilizers listed in Annex-1 and Annex-2. Compliance certificate shall be issued by the Customs Administration upon approval of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in case the import of fertilizers under the scope of this Notification are subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control, and temporary admission. The substances under the scope of this Notification are not subject to compliance certificate for the import if they are not used as fertilizers. The goods included in Annex-2, which have gained free circulation status in the European Union, are free for import.
