The purpose of this Notification is to facilitate access to gluten-free food products for individuals who require special diets due to gluten intolerance. This Notification compels chain stores that are engaged in the sale of fast-moving consumer goods in the food retail sector and have more than two hundred branches to keep gluten-free bread, flour, pasta, sweet snacks and salty snacks ready for sale in a continuous manner and in an amount that will meet the demand.
