Notification on National Estate.

This Notification sets forth procedures and principles for the leasing of treasury lands for agricultural production for 10-years period. To this end, treasury lands can be leased in parcels up to 60 decare to farmers who have limited or without land. Larger land parcels can be divided into pieces not exceeding 60 decare for rent. The rented land cannot be used for other purposes than agricultural production, and no fixed structures and facilities can be built on them.
