Abstract
This Notification sets forth the requirements to be met by quick frozen food for human consumption. Notification further lays down the rules and procedures of and determine the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, conservation, transport, storage and marketing of quick-frozen foodstuffs intended for human consumption. The Notification consists 19 articles. It is drafted in accordance with the European Council Directive 89/108/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to quick-frozen foodstuffs for human consumption.
