This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of and determine the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, transport, storage and marketing of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The Notification consists 12 articles and 6 annex clauses. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The Notification has been amended four times.
