Abstract
The aim of this Notification is to ensure that fruit juice and related products are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It encloses fruit juices and fruit nectars, sorbets and fruit powders. The Notification further sets forth the product features of fruit juices and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
