Abstract
This Notification provides for the control over international trade of endangered animal and plant species defined in annex I-A, I-B, II-A, II-B, III-A and III-B of the Regulation on the implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. The purpose of this Notification is to ensure protection and sustainable use of plant and animal species within the scope of the Regulation on the implementation of the CITES. This Notification sets out the institutions which are authorized to issue CITES documents for import, export and re-export of the specified species.
