Abstract
This Notification sets forth the methods and procedures of sampling and analysis of the levels of mycotoxins in certain foodstuffs for official controls. The Notification consists 10 articles and 12 annex clauses. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 401/2006 Laying Down the Methods of Sampling and Analysis for the Official Control of the Levels of Mycotoxins in Foodstuffs.

The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Minister of Food Agriculture and Livestock. This Notification repeals the Notification on methods of sampling and analysis for the official control of the levels of mycotoxins in foodstuffs dated 26 April 2007.
