Notification No. 2017/50 on supporting good agricultural practices in the field of aquaculture.

This Notification aims at development of good agricultural practices in the field of aquaculture, preservation of natural resources, animal welfare and food product supply within traceability and sustainability. The state support shall apply to the aquaculture facilities that are certified by the authorized control and certification institutions and are registered to the Agricultural Information System. This Notification sets forth provisions on institution in charge, good agricultural practices certification, state support, procedural matters and administrative sanctions.
