Notification No. 2018/37 amending the Notification No. 2017/43 on hygienic and technical conditions of beef import.

This Notification adds the Provisional Clause 1 as “The Provisional Clause 3 of the Regulation amending the Regulation on the organization of veterinary checks on products entering into the country which states that ‘Until 31/12/2008, official control procedures for hygienic and technical requirements of meat of bovine, sheep and goat imported by charitable institutions or humanitarian organizations without commercial purpose shall be set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’ shall not apply to this Notification”.
