Abstract
This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of control over imported materials for afforestation. This Notification shall apply to the materials that are listed in Annex-I and subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control, temporary admission, transit procedure and warehouse regime. This Notification sets forth provisions on import procedures and certification, customs procedures and related measures.
