Abstract
This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of inspection on imported chemicals according to the environmental protection standards. This Notification shall apply to the imported chemicals which are listed in Annex-I. This Notification sets forth provisions on import procedures and certification, registration of importers, control certificate, customs procedures and related measures.
