Notification No. 2019/11 on the support for good agricultural practices in aquaculture.

This purpose of this Notification is to promote good agricultural practices in the field of aquaculture in order to protect natural resources, improve animal welfare and to ensure food safety within traceability and sustainability. This Notification shall apply to the aquaculture facilities that are certified by the authorized control and certification institutions and registered to the Agricultural Information System. This Notification sets forth provisions on the competent institutions; procedures and principles of certification of good agricultural practices in aquaculture, the status of non-beneficiaries, and administrative sanctions.
