Abstract
This Notification makes amendments in Articles 5, 7, 8 and 9 regarding the storage of consignments on board to the vessel or to the specially approved warehouse in the port, in accordance with the latest amendment to the Regulation on the organization of veterinary checks on products entering into the country. To this end, the cross-border marine transportation firms have responsibility to obtain the Declaration showing the details of the products, vessel, port where vessel berthed, reference number, and the approval number of specially approved warehouse in the port, annexed to this Notification. Thereafter, this Declaration shall be submitted to the Ship Authority and/or to the Directorate of veterinary check points.
