Notification No. 2019/22 on state support for raw milk and regulation of milk market.

This Notification lays down rules for supporting producers for the sustainability in raw milk production by increasing the effectiveness and quality of raw milk production and the implementation of livestock policies. This Notification sets forth the procedures and principles for support payment, fees from the members of the producer organizations or agricultural cooperatives, authorization and inspection, and sanctions. Contributions will be collected from the members of cooperatives, agricultural and livestock unions and producer organizations. Funds will be allocated to raw milk producers meeting the requirements set out in this Notification.
