Abstract
This Notification lays down rules for supporting livestock breeders through subsidies, in order to ensure development and sustainability in the livestock sector, increase efficiency of the implementation of livestock policies, ensure development and in-situ conservation of animal genetic resources, keep updated livestock data, fight against animal diseases, and ensure hygienic and safe animal production. This Notification shall apply to subsidies for animal production, including calves, young buffalo calves, water buffalo, sheep and goats, angora goats, and toro, as well as raw milk, hive of bees, breeder queen, and silkworm. This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of support payments for growing Furthermore, this Notification sets forth provisions on employment of shepherd, compensation in control of infectious diseases of livestock, support for the livestock enterprises participating the vaccination programme, analysis of animal waste after vaccination, support for the livestock enterprises with hygiene certificate, in-situ conservation of animal genetic resources, fees from the members of the producer organizations or agricultural cooperatives, authorization and inspection, and sanctions.
