Abstract
This Notification adds Provisional Clause 1 due to the Covid-19 outbreak declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization. To this regard, this provision states that the exporter countries may send the color scanned copy of the veterinary health certificate obtained from the competent authorities by electronic means, if it is not possible to submit the original document due to the restrictions in the exporting country.
