Abstract
This Notification aims at minimizing the negative effect of non-hazardous wastes on the environment and minimizing the quantity of waste. The Notification sets forth administrative and technical principles for the temporary storage of non-hazardous wastes, establishing recovery facilities and to ensure the environmentally sound management of these facilities.

Entry into force notes
The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette. Article. 9 of the Notification enters into force on 1 January 2013, Article. 10 enters into force on 1 January 2014.

The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Minister of Environment and Forests.
