Abstract
The objective of this Regulation has been determined as reduction of the adverse influence on the forests by the residents of villages within or adjacent to forest by means of contributing to the development thereof, in order to achieve the goals of conservation, development, exploitation and extension of the forests. It covers the scope and types of expenditures to be realized from the Fund, general and specific conditions and guidelines for the contibutions, the term and interest limits, preparation and implementation of the Fund Budget and procurement and sales transactions. Eight sections establishing the conditions to be satisfied in order to benefit from contributions, composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned Fund governed by the General Directorate and regulating the issuing of such contributions to forest villagers for forestry exploitation (including agricultural activities, tourism establishments, silkworm and apiculture enterprises, etc.).
