Presidential Circular on Women's Empowerment (No. 2025/4).

This Circular lays down the duties of the Women's Empowerment Coordination Board. The duties are laid down as follows: (i) establishing institutional mechanisms that will enable women to advance in all areas of economic and social life; (ii) identifying the need for women to have a say in all areas, especially education, science, politics, economy, work life, environment and climate change; (iii) conducting studies that will contribute to women's participation in political life and in decision-making processes; (iv) taking all necessary measures to support women's full and effective participation in working life and women's entrepreneurship; (v) developing and implementing programs that increase social awareness and sensitivity regarding gender equality; and (vi) making public policies more sensitive to gender equality through tools such as gender-sensitive analysis and budgeting.
