Presidential Decree No. 4 on the Organization of Affiliated, Related, Associated Institutions and Organizations to Ministries and Other Institutions and Organizations (Chapter 35).

Chapter 35 of this Presidential Decree lays down provisions on the procedures and principles regarding the establishment, duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution in order to carry out activities for the implementation of rural development programs within the framework of the principles and targets foreseen in the national programs and strategies, including the resources provided by the European Union and international organizations. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the rural development program, taking measures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and carrying out necessary work regarding the amendments in the European Union support program.
