Abstract
This Decree lays down provisions regarding support payment to be made during 2021 and 2022 per fishing vessel according to the amounts specified in this Decree in exchange of data on fishing method, the products and quantities caught, and the collection of data on their socioeconomic status. This Decree shall apply to fishing vessels under 12 meters at sea and all fishing vessels operating in inland waters, which are registered to the Fisheries Information System (SUBIS) and holding a valid license.

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 1 January 2021.
Notes
The provisions of this Decree are governed by the President.
