Abstract
This Decree lays down provisions regarding the agricultural supports to be implemented in 2021 and the fertilizer and certified seed use supports to be implemented in 2022, in order to (I) make the agriculture sector more competitive to ensure the sustainability of agricultural production and food security, (II) increase productivity and quality, (III) develop the new technology and knowledge, (IV) conserve biodiversity and genetic resources, (V) promote the use of environmentally friendly approaches in agricultural production, and (VI) increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the policies.

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 1 January 2021.
