Presidential Decree No. 6963 on tariffs of operation and maintenance fees for irrigation facilities for 2023.

This Decree sets out tariffs of operation and maintenance fees for irrigation facilities and beneficiaries of these facilities for irrigation of fruits, vegetables, cereals, legume, cotton, tobacco, paddy, sugarcane, olives, pistachios, peanut, sunflower, forage crops, forest species, sapling, pastures, and greenhouse. 50% discount shall be applied to operation and maintenance fees for sprinkler and drip irrigation systems in order to encourage water and energy saving.
