Abstract
This Decree sets out the procedures and principles to support aquaculture facilities in the provinces declared as disaster areas due to the earthquakes that occurred on 6 February 2023. The purpose of this Decree is to ensure the sustainability of their activities. This Decree lays down the conditions of one-time support payment to be made between the period of 6 February 2023 and 31 December 2023 to aquaculture facilities which are damaged and registered in the Aquaculture Information System (SUBİS) and have a valid certificate.

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 6 February 2023.
