Abstract
The investment programme of 2025 is annexed to this Decree. The programme includes investments in the agriculture, mining, manufacturing, energy, transportation, communication, tourism, housing, education and health sectors and other administrative services. The procedures and principles regarding the provisions of this Decision are regulated by the Circular on the implementation and monitoring of intra-year transactions of the 2025 Investment Programme.
