Presidential Decree No. 9446 on the purchase and sale of grain and legumes.

This Decree lays down the procedures and principles regarding the purchase and sale of grains and legumes carried out by the General Directorate of Soil Products Office (TMO). It also determines the calculation method for assignment fees that may arise regarding the emergency stock held under relevant legislation, as well as other matters that may be required within the scope of these activities. The legumes to be purchased and sold by the TMO under this Decision are limited to dry beans, lentils, and chickpeas.
