Regulation on afforestation.

This Regulation lays down rules for the afforestation, forest rehabilitation, erosion and flood control, prevention of avalanches and landslides, pasture improvement, tree breeding, production of seeds and seedlings of trees and shrubs of genuine flora, and tree nursery. To this end, this Regulation sets forth provisions on the duties of the General Directorate of Forestry in public forests and lands and private properties; monitoring and control of afforestation activities; and the planning and utilization of private forest areas with management plan. The investigation for forest crimes committed under this Regulation shall be conducted in compliance with the Forest Law No. 6831.
