Abstract
This Regulation provides for administrative and technical support to agriculture-based specialized organized industrial zones to be established for the purpose of promoting plant and animal production, and development of agriculture-industry integration to supply raw materials of sufficient quality to industrial facilities to be established for the processing, preservation and marketing of agricultural products.
