Abstract
This Regulation amends the Aquaculture Regulation No. 25507 by making adding new terms under Article 4 concerning definitions of terms used in the Regulation, Article 5 on rules and procedures of use of water, net cages, hatcheries and fry that aquaculture facilities has to respect. The regulation further adds and amends some clauses under articles 6, 8 and changes Clause (a) of Article 9 and Clause (b) of Article 14. Annex No. 4 of the same Regulation has also been amended .
