Regulation amending the Regulation on apiculture.

This Regulation lays down amendments and addenda to the Regulation on apiculture. According to these new provisions, individuals engaged in apiculture must apply to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture to obtain a location certificate. Those who wish to settle in State forests will obtain this certificate from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. Those who wish to use a private land on a temporary basis must make an agreement with the land owner and submit it to the pertinent authorities. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs organizes apiculture training courses. Details on these courses will be specified by the Ministry.
