Abstract
This Regulation makes several changes in the Regulation on assessment and management of environmental noise such as on the definitions in Article 4, in Article 24 regarding environmental noise criteria in recreational areas, in Article 26 regarding noise control for noise-sensitive applications, in Article 29 regarding principles of strategic noise mapping and in Article 30 regarding development and implementation of noise management action plans. This Regulation repeals subparagraph (ç) of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 regarding noise certificates of aircrafts, as well as provisional clauses 2 and 3 regarding compensation for aircraft induced noise.
