Regulation amending the Regulation on certification and marketing of fruit planting materials.

This Regulation amends the Regulation on certification and marketing of fruit planting materials by making minor changes in several articles. The Regulation amends Article. 3 concerning the definitions, Article. 4 covering general provisions for the production, certification and marketing of fruit planting materials. The other amended articles covers provisions on submission of required documents in order to get certificate for planting materials, labelling, certification and inspection. The Regulation further amends the article concerning the Ministry responsible and authorized to govern the provisions of the Regulation on the certification and marketing of fruit planting materials.
