Regulation amending the Regulation on the certification and marketing of fruit and vine planting materials.

This Regulation amends some provisions of the Regulation on the certification and marketing of fruit and vine planting materials. The amendments regard certification procedures. Certification labels will be prepared by the competent authority and sent to producers. Labels will be checked by the controller during extraction. Standard saplings will be grown by licenced individuals and companies and their name checks will be ensured by the producer. A yellow label will be applied to standard saplings. Labelling procedures have been completely changed by this Regulation.
