Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on the certification and marketing of vine planting materials by making minor changes in several articles. The Regulation amends Article.3 concerning the definitions, Article. 4 concerning general provisions on production, certification and marketing of vine planting materials. The other amended articles cover provisions on recommended documents for the application of certificates, provisions on labeling, certification, inspection. The Regulation further amends the Ministry responsible and authorized to govern the provisions of the Regulation on the certification and marketing of vine planting materials.
