Abstract
This Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 5 regarding the compensation of foot-and-mouth disease and adds subparagraphs regarding compensation procedures of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) and scrapie after diagnosed by an official and authorized veterinarian. Furthermore, this Regulation amends Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph 1 of Article 7 as “Compensation amount includes the amount of destructed animal products, feed, materials and articles as well as the expenses for disposal of, transport and disinfection of sick animals”.

This Regulation shall enter into force as of 1st of March, 2018.
