Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section of the Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment. This Regulation amends subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 1 of Article 19 regarding liabilities of the project owner in case of receiving “EIA report” or “document of EIA is not necessary”. Articles 27/A regarding increase of capacity of the project and 27/B regarding obligation to give information have been added to the Regulation.
