Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. Moreover this Regulation amends Article 6/3 regarding application procedures for EIA, Paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 10 regarding the commission, Article 11/1 regarding reporting procedures, Paragraphs 2, 6 and 9 of Article 12 regarding evaluation of EIA reports, Article 13/1 regarding processing of EIA reports, Article 17/1 regarding the scope of report, Article 20 regarding duration of the projects, Article 25/1 regarding integrated projects, Article 27/1 regarding management system for EIA, and several changes in Annexes. This Regulation repeals Articles 27/A and 27/B.
