Abstract
This Regulation makes several changes in Annexes of the Regulation on Environmental Permit and License. This Regulation amends Section 8 of Annex-I and of Annex-II regarding waste management, Annex-IIIB regarding temporary activities certificate and Annex-IIIC regarding information and documents required for obtaining environmental permit or environmental permit and certificate.
