Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments regarding the application procedures and required documents for, as well as the conditions for renewal and revocation of environmental permit and license. To this end, the applications shall submit documents regarding zero waste, environmental impact assessment, and waste pre-processing and recycling, in accordance with the field of operation. This Regulation further amends Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
