Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in the principal Regulation by amending Article 5(4) regarding wastes which are not included in Annex-1 to be sent to other pre-treatment facilities other than the collection and separation facility and to waste processing facilities that perform intermediate storage, recovery or disposal activities; amending Article 9(4)(i) regarding general requirements of the waste pre-treatment and recycling facilities; amending Article 10(2) regarding the conditions for waste reception unit; and repealing the line regarding the "17 04 11" waste code in Annex-1.

This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation shall be enforced by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
