Abstract
This Regulation adds Subparagraph 4 to the Article 31 regarding force majeure, as “In case that force majeure conditions such as earthquake, flood, fire and epidemics prevent control operations to be carried out by authorized organizations, the Ministry regulates the methods and principles of the annual control frequency, the number of informed and unannounced controls, and control and certification services regarding the duration and validity of certificates”.
