Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on implementation of the Coastal Law No. 3621 of 1990. The Regulation changes ten of the definitions covered by Article 4 and Article 13 on facilities that may not be build far from the coast line. It further amends articles 15, 17,18 on land reclamation by sea embankment and on construction plans.
