Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on implementation of the Coastal Law No. 3621 of 1990. It amends Article 4 by changing the definition of the term ‘technical and social infrastructure’ and adds the definition and the term ‘cruise harbor’. The Regulation further amends Article 13 on facilities that may not be build far from the coast line and Article 17 by adding a paragraph on the technical and social infrastructure for cruise harbors.
