Regulation amending the Regulation on implementation of Coastal Law No. 3621.

This Regulation makes changes in some definitions laid out in Article 4 of the Principal Regulation, such as the definitions of fisheries production and aquaculture facilities and fishing port. Furthermore, Articles 7 and 9 are amended regarding the procedures for determination and approval of coastal border lines by the governorships. This Regulation amends Article 13 on the structures and facilities that cannot be built anywhere else than the coast due to their nature. Finally, paragraphs 8 and 9 of Article 17 are repealed.
