Abstract
This Regulation makes several changes in the Regulation on the implementation of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters. Two subparagraphs have been added under Paragraph 1 of the Article 4 regarding reporting as a result of field monitoring and documentation. In Article 5, amendments have been made regarding demolition of buildings which are under risk. This Regulation amends Article 6 regarding the principles and procedures of the authorized institutions and organizations for licensing, Article 7 regarding identification of buildings under risk, Article 8 regarding eviction process, Article 9 regarding the formation of the Technical Committee, Article 10 regarding the structure by the Technical Committee and examination of reports, Article 15 regarding right of property, Article 15/A regarding sales procedure of land share and Article 16 regarding rent allowance for landowners. This Regulation adds the Provisional Clause 4 on rent allowance in specific areas under risk. Furthermore, this Regulation adds Annex-III reflecting the form of the written engagement for reporters.

Entry into force notes
Article 13 and Provisional Clause 4 of this Regulation enter into force as of 1 January 2016 and the other articles enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.

The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Environment and Urbanization.
