Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 13 of the Regulation on the implementation of Law No. 6306 on restructuring of areas under risk of natural disasters, relating to the qualifications of the engineers, sales agreement between building contractor and owners, and terms and conditions for termination of the contract. Moreover, Article 15A(4) is amended about the procedures of sale of shares of the owners of the buildings under risk.
