Abstract
This Regulation amends Paragraph 4 of Article 4 regarding application procedure, Paragraph 5 of Article 8 regarding permits for mining activities, Paragraph 10 of Article 13 regarding liabilities of permit holder, and Paragraph 5 of Article 23 regarding permit revocation.
