Abstract
This Regulation makes minor change in the application procedures for the enterprises engaged in the import, export, production, processing of food supplements and their placing on the market. Furthermore, this Regulation amends Annex-I listing the documents required for the approval of food supplements.

Entry into force notes
Articles 1 and 3 enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and the other provisions shall be effective six months after the publication date.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
